CME Supermarket is a free listing service for medical education events, conferences, and courses. We aim to help doctors discover educational opportunities. Events are individually assessed and categorised by medical doctors or trained personnel.

3. Important: We Don't Verify Events

CME Supermarket does not independently verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legitimacy of any event, conference, organisation, or website listed on the Site.

• We don't conduct background checks on event organisers, verify the accreditation status of listed events, or guarantee that any event will take place as advertised.
• We do not hold responsiblity for the content, policies, or practices of external websites.

4. Your Responsibility

You're responsible for:

• Checking that an event is legitimate before registering or paying.
• Doing your own research on event organisers.
• Confirming accreditation and CME credit availability.
• Reading and understanding the terms and conditions of external event websites.
• Any financial transactions you make with third-party event organisers.

5. What We're Not Responsible For

CME Supermarket and its operators:

• Provide all information "as is" without any warranties.
• Are not liable for any losses, damages, or harm from your use of the Site or participation in listed events.
• Are not responsible for fraudulent events, scam websites, or misleading information.
• Make no guarantees about the quality, safety, or outcomes of any listed event.
• Are not liable for cancellations, schedule changes, or other modifications made by event organisers.

6. Fraudulent Events and Scams

We know that fraudulent conference websites and scam events exist. While we do our best to identify suspicious websites:

• We can't guarantee that all listings are legitimate.
• You need to be careful and do your own checks.
• We encourage you to report suspicious events to us.
• We're not responsible for any financial loss or harm from fraudulent events.

7. Reporting Concerns

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CME Supermarket is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the Site.
• Reliance on information provided on the Site.
• Participation in any listed event.
• Actions or omissions of third-party event organisers.
